We’re buzzing to be heading out to one of the toughest and most spectacular endurance events in the Highlands—Ultra X Scotland—where The Redshank will be on-site catering and serving from our food truck.

We’re delighted to be taking The Redshank food truck to one of the biggest live music nights in Inverness this year, featuring Nathan Evans and SAINT PHNX.

Taking place at Northern Meeting Park, this promises to be an unforgettable evening of live music, energy, and great food - and we’re buzzing to be part of it.
