Celebrating Scottish Seafood
Welcome to The Redshank where we bring you food that’s guaranteed to put you in a good mood. You’ll find us nestled in our corner of the Victorian Market, right in the heart of Inverness City Centre and down at one of our favourite outdoor spots at Inverness Marina.
Provenance is key for us here at The Redshank. We are proud to champion amazing producers from across the land and shores of the Highlands & Islands. Scotland’s larder is one of the most diverse in the world. So, it’s important for us to bring you delicious products that are right here on our doorstep. Think Beer Battered Peterhead Haddock n’ Chips, Shetland King Scallop Tacos, Cape Wrath Oysters, Smoked Scottish Salmon Salad and lots more!
We also cater some of the very best events across the Highlands so check out our what’s on page to see where you can find us.
